Whether you are an individual artist, cultural organization, business, or student, professional educator, business, please consider joining or renewing as a member of COCA, your local arts agency. The fees from these memberships assist us in maintaining a strong local arts agency with a commitment to serving you as resource, advocate, and partner in keeping the culture and heritage of the Capital area as a vital part of our quality of life.
